A1 Real Estate is located on the Island of Saipan in the US commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands.  The CNMI is a self governed commonwealth and we control our own labor and immigration.   Saipan is the gateway to the Orient and our 75K residents are a diverse mix of Asian and Island cultures.  Chinese citizens may travel freely here and avail themselves to US banking and our tropical paradise atmosphere.  We have direct flights to China and have recently been granted favored nations destination status from China, the world's largest and fastest growing economy.  Since three Casino/Hotel Resorts inked deals here in March 2006 alone, the likelyhood of a property explosion here is certain.  Our market has been in decline for 15 years (see Economy & Terms page for more on our market)but recent events have enhanced our economic position.
